DAM Technical Support Agent

Location: Flexible within the US

The DAM (Digital Asset Management) Technical Support Agent provides remote support for our clients. You’ll work with customers who have a varying range of technical knowledge and skills, from vey advanced to very little. Most of the interaction will take place though our ticketing system but phone calls and screen-sharing meeting are occasionally required to resolve issues as efficiently as possible.
NOTE: This is not a generic tech support position. You must have experience with DAM systems. 

 

Job responsibilities include:

  • Monitor and respond to support request tickets
  • Request information needed to resolve issues
  • Follow-up to ensure issue resolution and client satisfaction
  • Some remote services and training

Required technical skills:

  • Experience providing technical support for DAM systems, preferably Canto Cumulus but applicants with experience with other DAM systems will be considered
  • Experience using a support ticketing system like Zendesk or something similar
  • Proficiency in the Operating Systems: Windows (server and desktop), Mac OS; some basic understanding of a UNIX-based OS
  • Familiarity with standard IT infrastructure such as servers, networks and storage

  • Prefers to be self-directed and work with small teams rather than large, rigid organizations
  • Confident, positive & professional attitude
