Easy Form Module
Our Easy Form Module allows you to integrate forms of all kinds into your Cumulus application. It also lets you digitally fill out and subsequently print the forms. If your workflow requires paper forms, you will benefit from all the advantages of digital word processing and document integration without having to forego the paper form.
We adapt all of your forms, so the printed form corresponds exactly to the original one. The paper form serves as a template. Of course, we can also design completely new forms, tailored to your needs.
Using the Easy Form Module, you can simply fill out the forms digitally. You and your team members are conveniently and securely guided through the process onscreen. When you get to a mandatory field, an input control appears and, if applicable, a reminder to enter data in the relevant field. By the same token, we also build in logic checks. That way, if you enter an incorrect or invalid value, or your entries contradict each other, you receive an error message.
For instance, when ordering images you can access your Cumulus catalog from within the form and enter the data that way. It is even possible to incorporate thumbnails into the form (instead of printing them out separately).
